Return Policy
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in new, re-sellable condition. All original tags must be attached and the item must be in its original packaging. To request a return, contact us at support@skeletontest.wasatchwebsites.net.
Clearance & Final Sale Items
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, contact us at support@skeletontest.wasatchwebsites.net within 10 days of receipt. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We will review your claim and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Return Time Limit
Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt. The item must remain in perfect, unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact. Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions for reimbursement, your refund will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
A "full refund" does not include processing fees, credit card fees, shipping costs, or applicable restocking fees.
Shipping Costs & Fees
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Additional costs from "Refused" or "Return to Sender" deliveries will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process. International refunds may take longer to process due to shipping and customs timelines.
Restocking Fee
For orders over $100, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges
Items are eligible for exchange within 15 days of receipt under the same conditions as returns. Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for exchange. Email support@skeletontest.wasatchwebsites.net to start an exchange.
Cancellation Policy
Self-Service Cancellation
You may cancel your order or edit your shipping address within 60 minutes of placing your order from the order confirmation page. This is the guaranteed window for cancellations and address changes.
Cancellation After the Window
If more than 60 minutes have passed, email support@skeletontest.wasatchwebsites.net with your order number. Cancellations are handled on a best-effort basis and are only possible before the order has shipped. Once shipped, the order must be processed as a return.
Address Changes After the Window
If you miss the 60-minute self-service window and need to change your shipping address, email us as soon as possible. Address changes after this window are not guaranteed. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address because the change was not made in time, Skeleton Test is not responsible for the lost shipment.
Shipping Policy
Processing & Dispatch
We pack and dispatch within 1–3 business days. Domestic items ship faster; items manufactured overseas may take up to a month for delivery. We will inform you of any significant changes to your expected delivery date via email with updated tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Worldwide Availability
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship worldwide except to certain restricted regions, which will be flagged at checkout. Orders to unsupported regions will be cancelled and refunded.
Loss or Damage in Transit
Skeleton Test is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Once dispatched, responsibility passes to the carrier. For shipping issues, contact support@skeletontest.wasatchwebsites.net with your order number.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us at support@skeletontest.wasatchwebsites.net before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback while a refund is in progress may result in the return being denied. Unresolved chargebacks may result in inability to place future orders with Skeleton Test.
Return Fraud & Abuse
Skeleton Test reserves the right to refuse returns, deny refunds, or restrict account access for any customer with a pattern of excessive returns, fraudulent claims, or abuse of our policies. This includes returning worn or altered items, filing false damage claims, or any conduct we determine, at our sole discretion, to be an abuse of these policies.
General Terms
By placing an order with Skeleton Test, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time; changes take effect immediately upon posting at skeletontest.wasatchwebsites.net.
